How to control excess from external tester hide other projects

Hello,

The ability to browse projects is controlled by the Browse issues permission in the project permission scheme. Kindly make sure that testers are not granted this permission and they are not included in any role or group to which the permission is granted.

Got to your project settings and open the Permissions menu. Then choose Actions->Edit Permissions and change permission for the browse issue permissions:
