No, but you can easily create a new Scrum board (for the same filter) and transfer the configuration manually.

Creating a new board doesn't change anything on the current Kanban board, so this shouldn't be a problem.

However the closed/resolved issues in the Kanban board do not show in the scrum board anymore. Hence won;t be shown in the new agile board reports.
