×We need to be able to change users' emails, which I understand is only possible if the account is managed. How do we convert the accounts to"managed?"

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
To be able to change users' email you must verify your domain, after that all users that have emails with the verified domain, the admin of the organization will be able to manage users' profile.
