I would like to convert dashboard with tickets into Jira structure. Under every ticket I want to obtain better visualisation with the linked tickets of other teams. Also I would like to have timeline with the expected end date of the closure of the tickets, and also time of every update of the ticket.

Not sure if this can be achieved out of the box in Jira. If you are open to try out a mktplace solution for this need, I can suggest
The app allows you to view your project issue links (cross projects as well) in a tree view. You can also view %complete progress at each parent level. It sums up the time tracking fields, story point or numeric fields at each parent level, along with a timeline view. The app can be added to a dashboard as well.

Thank you very much, Rahul. I am appreciated. I will try with the app.

Hello @Ясена Иванова, Welcome to the community!
If you’re open to trying an app for your request, I’d recommend checking out No-code Apps Creator for Jira, developed by my team.
It lets you build custom visualizations and interactive dashboards right inside Jira — no coding required, just through simple chat with AI. It works like GPT chat inside Jira :)
You can easily:
Display linked tickets across multiple teams in a clear structure
Add timelines for progress and expected end dates
Show update times and other key fields dynamically
It’s built on Forge, so everything stays secure and admin-controlled within the Atlassian Cloud.
I’d really appreciate it if you could give it a try and share your thoughts https://saasjet.com/5ros

Hello @Ясена Иванова !
Just another option as we have a fully integrated plugin for Jira, for roadmapping, dependency management, and reporting. I invite you to look at either our Cloud or DC version of Agile Hive.
Best of luck and certainly if down the road you're looking for a integrated and extended solution, please reach out!
