How to copy Workflow from one site to another?

I have access to 2 different cloud sites for JIRA and want to copy the workflow from one site to another. I was able to export the workflow into XML file to my local machine but don't have an option to import it on the new site. The only option I see is import from market place. Please help!

It is ONLY possible to Import workflows from the Marketplace when using Jira Cloud.
