How to copy data Text field type to Checklist field type

Hello, 

we are using custom fields like  Text field multiline type and Checklist type fields. My question is how to copy data Text field to Checklist type field and I used post function like copy field to field but no luck Please suggest me how to achieve this issue.

Note : We are using Script runner in our organization.
