Does anybody know how to copy/duplicate Jira Software Company-managed project BOARDS?
I cant find the option in the new version of JIRA.
It used to be in the menu options near each board. But in the new version, I dont seem to find it anywhere.
Thank you!!
Hey Lara -
From the top navigation bar, select the search field (or press /) and select Go to all: Boards.
Find the board you want to copy and select Copy from the More actions () on the right side.

From what I can tell: can't - at least not in the free edition.
There is an option to add users to a project, and they're automatically granted "administrator" role (for the project) - because everyone is automatically a "project administrator" in free Jira, but no option to remove them.
P.S. This is likely purely a UI bug or inconsistency: adding a user to a project in "free" Jira does not actually change their permissions or access in any way (from what I can tell) - it's just brutally annoying and confusing - especially for teams and people new to Jira and who are figuring things out.
