How to copy over On Premise To Cloud Dashboards, Sprints etc.?

We are migrating our on Premise to the Cloud and we have a number of Dashboards, Filters, Boards, Sprints etc that the teams use to manage tickets and would really prefer not to rebuild. Is there a way to copy this information over with the migration? We have noticed that this information did not attach to the projects during our test migration. Is there another way to download the information and import it or even just copy the data.
