How to copy the system field values to a custom field

The list of values from the "Labels" field to the custom field "Admin Labels". The "Admin Lables" field should be having same features and values of "Labels"

You wan't to show the same preconfigured labels on a different field? 

I don't think this is an easy go, I guess you can do this the very dirty way on database. Labels aren't context friendly.

Another way to do this is to identify the content of label you wan't to show and create fake issue with these labels, it should update the content of the label.
