How to create a MyGroovy listener to clone an issue from One Jira instance to another

Hi,

I want to create a MyGroovy listener in a  Jira when new issue is created the listener should create a new issue in another Jira using rest API or other.

 

How to do it ?  I am a beginner if you can give an example of the code it will help me.
