How to create a dynamic quickfilter?

Is it possible to have a dynamic quickfilter?

For example: a quickfilter showing all issues that are assigned to XYZ .

Is there a way to have a quickfilter that filters by assignee but allows you to define the person on the quick filter without having to change the quickfilter configuration?

Not really, the point of the quick-filters is that they're simple on-off toggles, not something you have to add more to when you try to use them.

But you can use dynamic functions in your filters - assignee = currentUser() is an obvious one, but there are others that could help you too.
