How to create a new Jira project?

Hello,

I have purchased an atlassian license, now i want to create a new jira project. How to access my jira account or how to create one?

do you have Jira Cloud or Server?

 I think, you are on Cloud, because you didn't mention an installation before.

If I'm right, you should read the documentation carefully:
