Is it possible by clicking on the button ''link issue'' to create a new issue in a different project. So the issue are connected to another, but I dont have to create a issue before I'm able to connect these.
This feature is already posible when working in a ticket from the service desk, but not in a next gen project.

Testing using the details you provided, I was able to confirm that this feature is still not available for Jira Software. It only works for Service Desk and Business projects.
