To create a resolution field in you team managed project, go to project settings --> Issue Types. On the right side, click on the required field type.
To make a field required during transition, you need to add validator and a screen to the transition. Both are not possible in team managed projects. Currently, there is no way to configure transition screens in workflow in team-managed projects.
