How to create a support project with expiry date

Hi , Am new to Jira , am using Jira Cloud , am using it for external customer support. I want to create a support project with defined expiry date and amount. how I can add this feature and I want the system to give me a notification prior one month from the expiry date of the project.

Jira doesn't have features like that.  The project doesn't have a field to store that or a way to mail you when it changes.

I've seen it done with "a project of projects" and some scripting.
