How to create automation for Group field?

Hi 

I have created a user picker custom field called Group. I need to copy the team name based on the System Team field.  whenever a team is added to the Team field it should be copied in the Group field. For that, I have created automation but it's not working.

First, please try removing the quotation marks from your smart value.

If that does not work, please confirm you have the correct smart value/attributes for the field.  You can do that with this how-to article:
