How to create graph from history data of 2 custom fields per issue?

I have 2 custom fields in JIRA:

1. Progress 
2. Imported date

I updated both values in last 6 months and below is screenshot of the history. I want to create a graph showing Imported dates on X-Axis and Progress on Y-Axis, so that I can understand the progress of this issue over a span of months.

So from below screenshot, its clear that:

In January, the progress was 30
In Feb, it was 40
In Mar, it was 50
........


Can this graph be created using EazyBI? Can EazyBI use historic data of 2 custom fields to plot them on graph?
