How to create our own Add-on in Confluence cloud?

Hi,

We need a add-on that can access Oracle database. I need to a macro that can be used in a Confluence page and if I write a SQL that must pull the tables from our local oracle database. Can some one suggest on this. There is SQL add-on available in market, but this will not connect to my database, let me know if there is a way to do it.
