How to create personalized reports

Hi, I want to know if in JIRA there is some functionallity that give me possibilities to perform any report not only configure columns.

In my project,, we have to presents reports about the response time that a document has been created and fixed between different steps, and it also have many restriccions.

At this moment we created a php application that takes the information from JIRA database and with some operations we can take the results in the way we need.

I attached a file with some examples of this reports.

The question is because we want to use only JIRA for the project managment and no ohter appllications.

From your description, the best point of contact that you should get in touch with should be the Atlassian Experts. They should be able to give you advice on how you can achieve this requirement if you do not have the resources to allocate a small time on development and customization of your JIRA.
