How to create regression test using zephyr squad?

Hello,

I an using jira data center v8.20.7 and I have the zephyr squad add-on v6.2.9.

I would like to create regression test and eventually link it to an automation (via webhook) and I can't find how to do that...

I saw in another question in this community someone successeded creating regression test and I did not understand if it's a specific type of test (if it is where can I find it)? or is it just like creating another regular test?
