Hi @Atul Kolarkar,

I'll try to answer your questions:

1) Jira does not know about the concept of a sub project. You'd have several possibilities to approach this use case:

  • Create a Jira project for every main and sub project. You could express the dependency between the projects via a naming scheme.
    • Main Project = ABC
    • Sub project 1 = ABCDEF
    • Sub project 2 = ABCGHI
  • Instead of creating projects for every subprojects, you could work with another field on the issue which you can later use to filter the issues accordingly. Depending on your use case, you could use e.g. the component field - or create a new custom field and name it "sub project".

2) Depending on your approach in the first step, you can set up your dashboard. For the first approach, you should make sure to include in your JQL filter all the projects you'd like to have. In the second approach, it'd be enough to have one project.

Does this get you started?

Cheers,
Matthias.
