How to create test step panel for test case issue

I have created a test case issue as there was no predefined test case issue present. I added few custom fields too for this issue type. But I am not able to see test step panel. I cannot create in custom fields as I need "Test Step", "Expected Result", "Test Data" fields to be aligned horizontally with an "Add" button for each test step in order to add new step. Did any one faced this issue ?

There is no such custom field type present in Jira by default.
However, there are many test management apps on the Atlassian Marketplace that add this functionality, and much more.

If you are trying to use Jira as a test management tool as is, I would not recommend it as it's not the intention of the application. However, there are test management tools can use to plugin into Jira like Zephyr or Xray. 

Also, can integrate standalone test management servers too Jira.
