How to create test users not affiliated with email domain

My JIRA Cloud Premium sandbox is setup to invite users via email link but I would like the option to create users manually as well.  Is there a way to use both settings?  If so, how do I turn the other one on?

Hi @Cynthia 

I don't think you can create users, like you create them on jira server. Each user account must have an Atlassian account (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-edit-and-delete-users/). Usually, what I do is to create yopmail accounts and work with them.

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- :  Thanks Alex - I am new to JIRA administration and not familiar with yopmail accounts but I will check into it.  I thought I remember that as a question when we were setting up our cloud instance - how we would like to give users access -vial email or create manually.
