I am getting an error while cloning a team managed project because the destination project does not have the Fix versions field. I have project admin privilege, please help. Thanks
Hi @Manoj Joshi Welcome to the Atlassian community portal.
If you want to move from a team-managed project to a company-managed project, your "Jira admin" will need to create a new company-managed project.
Once a new empty project is created, you can move all your existing issues into the new project (*conditions apply). Hence, my suggestion would be to reach out to your internal Jira admin (not project admin) with your task where he/ she has needed permissions to move or share a work around based on your organization Jira policies.
Also, I will echo with @Trudy Claspill post, as the cloning feature within Team managed is in pipeline for Atlassian and can be tracked on JRACLOUD-78729
Hello @Manoj Joshi
Welcome to the community.
Can you show us the exact error message you are getting?
What process are you using to clone the Team Managed project? Cloning an entire project is not a native feature of Jira. Are you using a third party app? If so, which one?

I was able to add the Version info from the Release option on the left pane and was able to move all issues from a small test team based project to a newly created test company based project and that went successfully. However, if we want to clone an existing Team Managed Project having about 500 issues, what third party app would you recommend for cloning the Team Managed Project to Company Managed one?
