Hi, I'd like to create a ticket using the Slack Workflow. I create this workflow
You can see that 3rd step is where I'd like to create a ticket. However, opening that step shows a popup that does not even include the most important fields to create a ticket like Description, Priority Level, Ticket type.
I decided to still try to see if it can create a ticket but it does not do that either. Can you let me know what I did wrong here?
