How to delete filters created by disabled user

A former developer created filters and now that he no longer works with us I can't figure out a way to delete his personal filters in the list.  Using JIRA latest.

Log in as an admin and go to an admin screen, then look for "shared filters" under "system".  While you're there, consider removing his shared dashboards too.
