How to develop a field mapping plugin for Zendesk and JIRA?

Hi Everyone,

 

I want to sync two fields from JIRA to Zendesk...I know that Zendesk Support Plugin for JIRA have field mapping feature. Unfortunatelly, this feature does not support "Resolution" and "Affect Versions" Fields in JIRA. So...I want to develop a Plugin that can sync these fields...


However, I don't know how to develop a connector between Zendesk and JIRA. and transfer data between them. Is there any exsiting sample code? Any hints?
