How to disable edit option for lables for confluence-users(normal users).

Hi

As a space admin, i will create a space and a page and wil write the content and add couple of labels to it.

I don't want other users to add extra labels to the page. How can i restrict this.

Actually is not possiible to restrict to add labels, only restrict users for such page. However I created this feature requet which I hope to be implemented for future versions:
