How to disable link for switching to the desktop interface on JIRA mobile?

I don't want to give users ability to switch to the desktop interface on JIRA mobile.

There is no easy way to do this as the option isn't easily accessible via some config/script file or stored plain in the database, nor is there an option. You could start a JIRA issue requesting this if you have a good reason. Also, your mobile users will also need the desktop version to be able to edit custom fields that use their own renderers.
