How to disable members to log their works on the ticket that has no fixversion

 Is there any rule/ way to disable members from logging their works on the tickets that have no fixversion (fix version field is empty)

Hello @Nguyễn Quang ~ I haven't fully thought this through but there is a workflow property called jira.permission.work.denied which might help, though you wouldn't want this for workflow.
