How to disable password change in Crowd

I'd like to know if there is a way to disable password change for a specific user in Crowd, any help would be appreciate.

@André Lara I believe it would only be possible to prevent a single user from changing their password if you were using an LDAP user DB.  Otherwise you would need to disable it for all users.
