How to disable the "Export" option from Issue Navigator for some users

Our business would like to prevent some users from exporting search results or issue data using the "EXPORT" option.

They don't want to prevent this "EXPORT" option from appearing for all users, instead they want to block it for users that belong to a specific JIRA group

Are there any options available to disable this permission at the "JIRA group" level?

This should be possile. The add-on Hide Time Tracking is doing it in connection to preventing defined users to see the work log.

I know, this is not what you are looking for, but just a hint.
