How to disconnect relationship between jira and confluence

hi, 

i have a jira(v7.12.1) and a confluence(6.12.2) together . esp confluence have been using  jira's user directory . if i wanna disconnect the two .how do i do ? 

the confluence's user will disappeared or not?
