How to display decimals in the dashboard?

Hello,

I have 1 issue out of 366 in the status Postponed, In the dashboard, it is shown as 0%, whereas, it is actually 0,2%. I need to distinguish 0%  from 0,2%, even if the figure 1 is displayed.

How can I display 0,2% instead of 0%?
