How to display sub tasks and their estimates while planning a sprint?

In sprint planning session, we do the following:

1. Create sprint, and move few user stories in it.

2. Create sub tasks for each user story, estimate them in hours, and assign to relevant designer / developer.

3. We keep nil estimate for user story as it already sums up all sub tasks estimates.

Now we want to see workload by assignee but somehow it is not visible using Scrum board.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Farrukh,

The simplest way to see the workload per assignee is the Workload Pie Chart Report. This is available for both Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Go to your project's board → Reports and then choose Workload Pie Chart Report under the Other category.

To see the estimates on the cards in the board, you need to edit the board settings. Go to your project's board and click the three-dotted button in the top-right corner, then Board Settings → Card layout. Pick the field that you want (like remaining estimate or time spent ) and click Add. You can add multiple fields to the card view.
