How to display test case results from TestRail by default?

Hi,

I'm using the TestRail add-on for Jira. When a Jira ticket is linked to a test case, I can click on the 3 dots button, select TestRail, then click the show button to make results appear. This is pretty cumbersome though and devs are likely to miss this information. How can I have TestRail results display by default? I've seen this implemented elsewhere, but I cannot find how to do this myself.
