How to do a hashtag count

In my company we have tasks that demand a lot of time for development, whenever it is necessary to stop to check for another emergency we add a #stop comment, I would like to have a chart or table with the count responsible for these comments to have the information how many times each person needed to make a stop, today through JQL I was only able to bring the number of issues that have the comments but I need the number of comments considering that in the same issue there may be several stops

Jira does not implement hashtags (not a bad thing, hashtags are not useful in issue tracking)

Could you explain what you are looking for in a bit more detail?  What problem are you trying to solve?
