Hello Community!!
I am currently trying to create a clone an issue from Jira Service Management to Jira Software, but there are fields like: Informer and Assigned that do not pass me the same.
Does anyone know how I can solve this error?
Hi Sensas,
If you created a custom field (which both of those sound like they are) and created a context for each field that only includes the JSM project, then that might be your error. Look at the Context for each field and make sure the JSM and JSW projects are included in the Context.
Hi @John Funk
The problem is directly with a proprietary field that Jira creates. I attach an image of the field.
The problem is that in the custom fields does not appear, for the same reason because it is a proprietary field of the application. and is the field we need to complete the automation.
I look forward to your comments.

Can you include the rule here?
Also, make sure that the person you are copying to the Assignee field is available to be assigned issues on that JSW project. Check the Permission Scheme to make sure they are in the Assignable Issues permission.

It's possibly not an error, some fields are specific to JSM and are not available to Jira. You'll possible have to make custom fields for the Jira fields you're missing - and then copy that data over with an automation rule (or manually).
Some things you cannot duplicate, like SLA fields, because they're hard-coded to JSM. Add-ons are needed to make that happen in Jira, and that comes with complications too.
'Informer' field isn't familiar to me, so could already be a custom field. Check the "Context" for it (in the custom field settings) to see if it's been locked to a specific project or issue type.
Some fields are created by Jira automatically when you create specific project types, so I could be missing something here.
