I'm using Kanban board for program level overview. This is for team leads and managers who are looking for a high level view, hence it doesn't fall under the regular stand up category.
My question is while we discuss on the epics or stories on the Kanban board and its status and issues/risks, how do we effectively capture the notes for this meeting?
I'm aware of setting up a confluence page for meeting notes, but is there any other way to have a notes section on the same page as Kanban board so people of aware of what we are discussing. ?
For me the question is why does Conference not work? You can easily add a shortcut to the side bar for your meeting notes. So what is it about confluence that doesn’t work? That will help the community provide more complete and useful feedback.
