How to enable development panel for Azure DevOps GIT as the DVCS?

Hi,

In this post there are possibilities provided to integrate Jira with Bitbucket cloud, GitHub and GitLab

But we want to try using Jira software with Azure DevOps (both On-Prem) and get the development panel integration. Is this possible?

If not, are there any future plans to enable this use-case? 

If not, what would be the recommended third-party plugin that we can rely on?
