How to enable/disable Socialcast in Jira 6.3.15 on project base?

Hi, some of our user want to disable Socialcast in their project, I looked around but seems no doc talk about it, does anyone know about it?

The add-on does not have project-level permissions like that - it's always enabled globally.  (Doesn't mean you have to use it, but you can't turn it off for a project)
