I have setup a new project and I want that email notification should flow to users when a new issue is created or someone is tagging someone in a comment. It's not working for any project in JIRA. How do i enable that?
Also keep in consideration that when doing the notification tests you shouldn't test with your own user since by default you don't get notifications for your own changes. You can certainly change that but I would not recommend it. Usually is better to check with a partner and leave that as it is
