Hi,

I have installed hosted jira in my machine at 8085 port, then i see the dashboard the create issue button is not displayed. At the same time keyboard shotcut "C" also not working.

Hi there,

The most common cause for this is that the user you are logging in JIRA doesn't have the Create Issues permission. You may want to check your project permissions.

Maybe you don't have a project? As a first step, you have to create a project.
