How to enable the newer version of JIRA BETA

I am unable to see the JIRA header in the Atlassian account to try out the new Jira version. Can I get steps to set-up or do a trail of it?

Can you let me know what you mean by Jira Beta? 

Do you mean the next-gen projects? If so, these are only available in Jira Cloud, the one that Atlassian hosts for you, and not Jira Server, the one that you download, install and host on your own servers. Can you confirm if you're using Jira Cloud? This can be done by checking the URL in your web browser. If it's <something>.atlassian.net OR <something>.jira.com, you're using Jira Cloud. If it's something else, you are using Jira Server, where next-gen projects are not available.
