How to encourage team to use Jira Service Desk

Well, I'm going to introduce Jira Service Desk to serveral team in my company but they already have the Jira Software for tracking their work. Any suggestion how can I encourage them to use JSD?

If you are replacing the function simply turn off create issues in the old project. If it is additional tasks make sure they can't track the work in the old project. Sometimes it takes a hammer to make people to change. Reports to management about the transition and those NOT transitioning may help.
