Since it seems to be impossible to get in direct contact with Atlassian Support, I am posting my question again here:
We have started an Atlassian Guard trial period which will end soon.
We realized that Atlassian Guard does not meet our requirements, so we want to end the trial immediately to avoid beeing charged.
But there seems to be no way to do that. When we try, we end up in a kind of endless circle that leads from one Atlassian-site to the other and then back again.
What can we do to end the Guard-trial?
Any ideas?

From https://admin.atlassian.com/ you should be able to go to Billing, on Atlassian Guard line, you should have Manage. Then on the top right, you will have Cancel Subscription in the ... menu next to Change plan.
