How to export all Epics with Created Fields in Next-Gen?

How do I export all Epics from a Next-Gen Project with Created fields? When I use the filter option the created fields are note exported. If chose one specific Epic the created fields are exported. However, I can not get in one export all Epics with respective created fields.

Per your description, I understand you are trying to export the Epics from your Next-gen project together with the custom fields you created on them, however, the custom fields are not being exported when using the filter export functionality. Is that correct?

In my personal Jira cloud site, the filter export functionality has worked just fine and exported the custom fields. Please, allow me to provide you with the steps I did:

1. Create some Epic issues with Labels and Drop-down custom fields
2. Navigate to the issue navigator > Create a filter to return the Epic issues
3. Click in Export > Export Excel CSV (all fields)
   

Can you please confirm if it worked for you and exported your Epics together with the custom field values you selected for them?

if the steps above do not work for you, please provide us the type of custom fields added to your Epics and are not being exported.
