I have moved most of an existing JIRA environment to the new JIRA environment.
Under this circumstance, how can conduct data copy from an existing one to new one without choosing CSV file import and export solution?
Hello,
Welcome to Community :)
Apart from what Trudy has shared you can also check import export opition incase you want to import only some issues from one instance to another : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-and-export-your-data-to-and-from-jira-cloud/
Thank You.

Hi @Nagasaka Goro and welcome to the community!
If you want to copy data from one Jira Cloud environment to another without CSV export/import, you can use our app Deep Clone for Jira and its Instance clone feature. It lets you move entire projects or just selected issues between Jira Cloud instances.
While Deep Clone currently can't clone JPD projects, you can create the JPD project in the new site, then use Bulk Clone to copy issues/ideas from your old project into the new JPD on the new instance. If you have specific fields in your JPD project, you will need to also create/add them to the new project before cloning.
