How to export attachments and comments from a Project to CSV file in Jira cloud?

Hello All,

How to export all attachments and comments from Project to CSV file in Jira cloud and import it in to Jira server project?

Can this done by any add-on?

Just to make sure: do you expect exporting issue attachments (binary files, predominantly) to CSV?
