How we can export the users based on the project level?

I want to export the users within the projects

I'm not aware of any way to do it.  Because you can use groups and project roles in combination in permissions it would be very difficult to do.

You would need a plugin for it. For example, you could use the Better Excel Exporter for Jira server. Here is a guide how to do it:

By using Better Excel Plugin we can export all the users but i want to export the users list project wise
